Job Description

Fiix Software connects customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need for maintenance success. As a Revenue Operations Co-op, you'll work on challenging projects and have opportunities to make a positive impact.

Your Responsibilities:

Aid the maintenance of Salesforce database through ongoing data cleanups/integrity exercises
Work with operations teams to uncover and document gaps in sales and marketing funnel.
Use an array of tools connected to Salesforce, including Data Loader, Outreach, and Gong
Work with the Revenue Operations team to build documentation around best practices and improvements.
You should expect to finish this placement with an understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), revenue lifecycle of a customer and data analysis fundamentals.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Current enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program
A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher

The Preferred - You Might Have:

A degree in business, finance, organizational studies, data analytics, or similar in process
Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Locality within the Greater Toronto Region (GTA)

This opportunity will be a 4-month term for Summer 2025
