Our Regulatory Reporting role combines data management and regulatory expertise to create our regulatory reports and comply with regulatory reporting requirements.

You'll be establishing, compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of reports ranging from CoRep, FinRep, Statistical, and Annual Reports for the UK, so there's always something to learn. What you’ll be doing

• Leading the establishment and production of regulatory reports for all aspects of capital, liquidity, leverage, and large exposures reporting
• Managing FINREP, Pillar 3, BoE data submissions, and internal management information
• Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls and robust documentation for all financial regulatory reporting
• Ensuring all reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
• Reviewing and challenging of data inputs and outputs, ensuring that regulatory information is prepared and disclosed in a consistent manner
• Explaining regulatory concepts and reporting requirements, including capital calculations, ratios, and workings
• Reviewing and assessing the impact of new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements
• Evaluating and executing the proper disclosure of novel products and providing guidance on managing Capital and Liquidity Reporting.

What you'll need

• 5+ years experience in financial/regulatory reporting within a UK regulated Bank
• Knowledge of Basel 3 / CRD IV (including COREP)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and investigate complex issues
• Strong control awareness
• Experience of working in a challenger bank environment would be an advantage but not essential
• Good planning and organisational skills, as well as a leadership mentality
• The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proven ability to successfully adapt to, identify, drive and implement change
