Our large tech client is hiring for a Program Manager to join their team. MUST have proficient Excel and experience with budgeting, finance or related. If interested, please apply directly.

Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Typical Day in the Role: What will a typical day in the life of this role look like once the TEMP is ramped up?

  • learn about program and requirements and understand the tool, review partner’s investment requests, team will manage 2-3 programs or , SLA 1 business day
  • 70% of job will be following an SOP to approve, decline or request more info for approving program budgets. Other 30% will be working with Stakeholders and talking/advising on financial findings/needs/budget
  • Working through a lot of spreadsheets, including Excel
  • On occasion may support other departments/teams with communication to the customers/partners
