This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Customer Experience team that’s using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Manager, Program Management you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Customer Experience Product Team reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will support the B2B and Groups, Meetings & Events project portfolio. **

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Lead workshops to translate product roadmaps and functional requirements into comprehensive project plans and manage through the project lifecycle.
  • Solve and resolve risks in collaboration with project team members.
  • Maintain program visibility by documenting and communicating project plans and status to internal stakeholders.
  • Help develop and refine processes, and standard methodologies to improve our program management capabilities.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Lead cross-functional, global teams through project delivery – partner teams include Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Software Engineering.
  • Lead program kick-offs and status meetings with partners, and join weekly team and 1:1s with your manager.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Large-scale, cross-functional B2B and Groups, Meetings & Events programs from initiation to execution to ongoing adoption to support Hilton’s long-term strategic vision.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of work experience in Program and Project Management, and delivering cross-functional projects
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, AirTable, and MS Project Online
  • Travel up to 15%

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
  • PMP and/or Agile methodology certification
  • Three (3) years in consulting, customer experience, digital or technology-related field
