About the role

REV-CELERATOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME 🎓

If you’re in your penultimate year of study, this one’s for you. You’ll work with us for three months and get to know everything we do.

First, kick off with a few weeks of bootcamp, where we’ll prepare you to jump into work at Revolut with workshops, lectures, and practical exercises to start working on your skills. After a successful preparation, we’ll launch you into on-the-job training. At this stage, you’ll be face-to-face with tough challenges, problem-solving, and tasks to own. 🚀

What you’ll be doing

• Unlocking growth opportunities by understand our business and its processes through data
• Driving project tasks that ensure execution excellence for marketing initiatives
• Developing digital channel monitoring and tracking to measure and drive impact
• Proposing clear and actionable solutions based on data and deep diving into complex topics
• Building strong business cases to set the strategic direction of the growth team

What you'll need

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Data-driven & storytelling skills
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to make a project succeed
• Logic, maths, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English
• Proactive attitude
• To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in growth or marketing roles
• A good understanding of digital marketing measurability frameworks
• Top 10% percentile in business, economics, or engineering degree
