  • Establish yourself as a trusted authority in a specific market vertical
  • Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a network of candidates and clients in your specified market
  • Provide consultative talent services to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clients
  • Services may include placement services, fractional consulting, talent software advisory, or others - well teach you all of our strategies and give you a platform to wow clients
  • Identify qualified candidates using innovative sourcing methods
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to clients
  • Develop strong trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
  • Build out your practice to meet your personal goals - fly solo as a high-earning independent biller or build a team/brand of your own and scale to the level of your ambition
