Due to expansion, we are currently looking for Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Senior) to join our experienced and growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
To support the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all the operational and administrative work associated with hiring.
Responsible for professional and non- professional hiring across all business functions
Responsible for the full recruitment process, including managing job posting and headhunting, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to hiring managers.
Build strong relationships with client and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines
Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in recruitment agency will be added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Job Details
Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
HQ in Puchong, able to work remotely
