James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation has been retained to source a People Analytics specialist to lead development and delivery of HR Analytics for a major Legal Firm.
Responsibilities
· Evolve People Analytics – defining current / future requirements & reporting tools
· Manage / analyse complex workforce data; delivering insight & data driven solutions
· Work with key internal stakeholders to develop tailored reporting capability
· Drive analytics & reporting through utilisation, providing coaching and training
· Lead the move into predictive analytics and analysis
Educated to degree level you have strong progressive experience in Workforce Analytics and reporting, as well as;
· Strong analytics and data management experience in a variety of tools, used both to analyse and present data
· Workforce analytics data strategy and people analytics interventions
· Data visualisation and dashboarding; Power BI, Tableau
· Predictive analytics / statistical analysis
· Desirable; SQL and Workday
