Senior Manager Media Sales Indonesia

Talent Search Recruitment Consultant

Jakarta Selatan

USD 4,000 gross based  + 2% Commission 

USD 3200-3500 + 2% Commission 

 2 Head  Count 


About the job

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the new clients/business partners in the digital marketing eco-system based upon the fitment for revenue opportunity. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with multiple clients in specific geographies and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any requirement of our partners.

Responsibilities

·        Bring direct advertisers as well as premium publishers on board

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target. Precede well and proper clients expectation management

·        To scan the market to identify the potential client landscape and to develop sales strategy and to come out Strategic Client Portfolio to guide Companys resources allocation

·        Work cross functionally within the company as well as with respective partners

·        Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs

·        Ready to work in different time zones

·        Need to collect latest market information & competitors progress. Help Company establish market & competitors analysis database. You shall be capable of being market intelligence center in the company

·        Manage all billing of the accounts which the candidate is responsible for

Qualifications & Requirements

·        2-4  years of experience in Digital performance marketing with Sales background Sr Manager / Manager 

Report Direct  Delhin  , later  to Sales Director 

·        Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals. You must have the strong capability to develop totally new clients via your connection channels or even via LinkedIn, cold calls and emails

·        Previous business development experience in Digital performance marketing space within Tier 1 countries

·        Well round knowledge of mobile performance industry (CPI/CPE/CPA/CPL)

·        Excellent communication skill able to coordinate well with internal supporting teams to raise your requests and required assistances in a very specific way

·        Demonstrated knowledge in wide variety of digital advertising concepts, practices and procedures.

·        Intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, independent and sense of humor

·        Graduate in any stream
