German Sales Development Representative

Objective of the position

We are looking for highly motivated employees for our SDR team. It is a full-time position with a high level of activity. Applicants must be self-motivated and have a competitive attitude. You will become part of a team that is passionate about solving problems, working with the latest technology and continuously improving corporate processes and culture.

Experience

You are highly motivated, hungry for success and result-oriented.

You are a quick learner. We don't expect you to be an expert from day one, as our dedicated training team will train you quickly.

You are responsible for the basic metrics, which include a mixed cadence of cold / warm acquisition, email campaigns, the writing of one-time messages and the identification of target customers for inbound / outbound prospecting.

Self-confidence, passion, enthusiasm, creativity, curiosity, adaptability and resilience - these are some of the most important qualities we are looking for and which you need to bring with you.

You have excellent verbal communication skills and listening skills on the phone.

You have flawless knowledge of German and business fluent English.

You should have previous experience with a CRM system - preferably Salesforce.

What we offer

A base salary of € 48,000 (annually), with a target-based bonus of € 32,000
