Key responsabilities:
- Provide white-glove support to Microsoft customers, with FQR goal
- Guide customers onboarding businesses, solving issues, providing instructions for M365 services
- Document and report identified gaps to superiors, guide customers and partners, expedite issue resolution
- Conduct research on complex cases, contribute to knowledge management initiatives
