Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve a broad spectrum of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Accurately document all customer interactions in our internal support system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Educate customers on product features and effective utilization.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and technology.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in helpdesk support or customer service roles is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for troubleshooting.
Customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with various operating systems, applications, and troubleshooting methodologies.
