Work closely with Business Development Team to fully comprehend client's workforce requirements, create accurate job ads describing relevant qualifications, perform end-to-end recruitment activities from job advertising to candidate evaluation and selection, execute special pre-employment/backend screenings

Offer regular updates on recruited applicants, fulfilling specific client timelines efficiently.

Provide superb communication skills interacting broadly with various employment levels, prioritize strong work ethical values, and maintain professional confidentiality when dealing with data.

Job Description:

Responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs, especially in the sales, manufacturing, oil, gas, and telecommunication industries, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent.

.Partnering with the Business Development team to understand client's hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each position
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Managing the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
Performing other pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements.
Providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment process and ensuring that the recruitment process meets the client's specific needs and timeline.
