Key responsabilities:

  • Identifying clients' hiring needs mainly in industries like sales, manufacturing, oil, gas, telecommunication and devise recruitment strategies lead effectively
  • Work closely with Business Development Team to fully comprehend client's workforce requirements, create accurate job ads describing relevant qualifications, perform end-to-end recruitment activities from job advertising to candidate evaluation and selection, execute special pre-employment/backend screenings
  • Offer regular updates on recruited applicants, fulfilling specific client timelines efficiently.
  • Provide superb communication skills interacting broadly with various employment levels, prioritize strong work ethical values, and maintain professional confidentiality when dealing with data.

Job Description:

Responsible for identifying clients' hiring needs, especially in the sales, manufacturing, oil, gas, and telecommunication industries, and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent.

  • .Partnering with the Business Development team to understand client's hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for each position
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Performing other pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements.
  • Providing regular updates on the status of their recruitment process and ensuring that the recruitment process meets the client's specific needs and timeline.

Requirements:

  • Domicile in Jawa Timur. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Having an internship or experience in the same field would be a plus point!
  • Comfortable working with a diverse range of candidates, from entry-level workers to experienced workers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Have strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages.
  • Have strong ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Willing to work remote for 3 (three) months internship program and ready to join as soon as possible!
