Social Media Management/Graphic Designer

Our client is a premier home cleaning service committed to delivering exceptional cleaning experiences. They take pride in providing top-notch services to their clients, and we are now looking to expand our team by hiring a dynamic and experienced Social Media Buyer/Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget utilization.
• Implement Meta SEO optimization strategies to enhance the discoverability of our content on social media platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and industry news.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

• Ensure that all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Audience Targeting and Analysis:

• Utilize data analytics to identify and target relevant audiences.

• Implement lookalike audience strategies to expand reach and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and audience engagement.

Meta SEO Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research to optimize social media content for Meta SEO.

• Collaborate with content creators to ensure Meta SEO best practices are integrated into all social media assets.

Administrative Tasks:

• Regularly post content on social media channels, maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Flag and address spam or inappropriate content on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
• Expertise in Meta Ads, lookalike audiences, A/B testing, and Meta SEO optimization.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with the services industry is a plus.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
