What will you be doing?**
As a skilled marketing strategist, you will be responsible for and motivate others to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and programs. You will align with and use the Complete Consumer business goals as your guide to create and implement programs that tell a story to impact the market. To be successful in this role, you will need to capitalize on your experience and passion for the job as you work across the organization and with senior leadership. **
Job Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning the Complete Consumer annual marketing strategies and executing various marketing tactics aligned to commercial business goals.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial, Product and Technology, to ensure there is an aligned and thorough approach to key projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and align global Marketing activities as Complete Consumer expands globally.
- Develop and deliver content through multiple platforms and channels while discovering new and innovative formats to tell a compelling story.
- Ensure creative and consistent use of messages while providing ongoing marketing and communication direction and feedback.
- Develop and execute marketing tactics across a broad set of channels (webinars, digital, social, website).
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to prove value while identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives.
- Research and experiment with new test-and-learn opportunities and identify and share marketing best-practices.
- Collaborate and partner with internal & external cross-functional teams to ensure impactful, integrated campaigns and communications across every client touch point.
Requirements
- 3+ years of strategic marketing and communications experience in B2B environment.
- Successful track record delivering programs that meet or exceed business goals.
- Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the CPG landscape and consumer panel products a strong plus.
- Expertise across diverse marketing channels and platforms.
- Positive, energetic "can-do" attitude with a bias towards action and willingness to both ask for and generously give help to colleagues.
- Must work effectively with colleagues across the organization regardless of level or role.
- Requires a willingness to be flexible and comfortable with sometimes rapidly shifting priorities and demands.

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
_ _The salary range for this role is $64,000.00 $115,000.00.
_ _This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
