A Business Development Representative is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of prospects, focusing on remote sales development calls and engaging with marketing-qualified leads to set qualified meetings for sales reps, generating a new pipeline.

Responsibilities: - Manage an assigned territory or portfolio of customers, focusing on remote sales development calls. - Collaborate closely with the field sales team to gain insights into customers' unique needs and identify potential sales opportunities. - Reach out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offering special discounts and promotions. - Select appropriate product information tailored to individual customer needs, actively supporting upselling initiatives. - Work diligently to achieve specified sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. - Build and maintain strong connections with customers. - Participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team, ensuring collaborative success.
Qualifications: - Possess strong prospecting skills via email, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and phone. Also possess strong presentation and sales skills, ensuring impactful technical presentations. - Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to leverage customer insights for strategic contributions. - Demonstrate expertise in achieving sales targets in an inside sales environment. - Showcase technical acumen through product demonstrations and effective communication of product value. - Possess a strategic approach to sales, product specifications, and presentations to drive successful outcomes. - Exhibit proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and presentation software.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field. - Experience: Prior business development experience in B2B SaaS is preferred, but not required.
