The role**

Job Summary

The Solutions Sales Executive (SSE) is a key role within our services sales team, responsible for developing and implementing high-level technology strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The SSE is an enterprise-level seller who helps the Account Managers identify, evaluate, and close new business.

The SSE is responsible for accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting their cloud and digital transformation by positioning SoftwareOne solutions to solve critical business challenges. **

Roles & Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with SoftwareOne’s overall business goals while meeting customer needs through their journey to a properly executed Application Access and Virtual Desktop Strategy.
  • Exclusively responsible for developing and executing the strategy of EUC opportunities within the account, working in alignment with the Account Manager responsible for the Enterprise account.
  • Engaged in creating and executing account plans for strategic accounts.
  • Establish and foster relationships with counterparts at vendor partners.
  • Collaborate closely with customer’s C-suite executives and senior leadership to understand their pain points and short- and long-term priorities and provide insights and recommendations to shape SoftwareOne service offerings.
  • Create opportunities within existing accounts to explore new offerings and solutions to drive multi-million-dollar service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the client's architecture team to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and constraints.
  • Identify market trends and monitor competitive landscapes to initiate creative sales strategies and opportunities.

Success Criteria

  • Build and maintain a 3x services pipeline on given accounts.
  • Able to achieve multi-million dollars in total contract value (TCV) sold per customer.
  • Expected quota targets will range between $3-5M+ annually.
  • 100% quota attainment.
  • Technical and business acumen – Level 300

_ Target compensation for this role will be $300-380K (mix of base salary and variable) and will be determined based on candidate qualifications, experience, and location.

What You Offer**

What we need to see from you

  • 7+ years of client-facing experience with a proven track record in strategic sales planning, business development, and enterprise-level account expansion.
  • Strong Cloud EUC or Virtual Desktop (Amazon WorkSpaces, Amazon AppStream 2.0, Azure Virtual Desktop, Nerdio, Citrix Daas, and Workspot) selling experience.
  • Offer an established personal network with AWS, Azure, Citrix, and VMWare sellers is strongly desired.Proven track record of consultative selling with an outcome-based approach with large enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • History of navigating co-selling partnerships with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Working knowledge of endpoint solutions (Intune, Tanium, and VMWare WorkplaceOne).
  • Ability to speak to and lead high level EUC cloud technology demonstrations.
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies fr EUC cloud solutions, larger Application Access and Virtual Desktop services.
  • Strong relationships with VP level and above and skilled ability to create new opportunities.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits for our customers.
