Key responsabilities:
- Provide sales support to walk-in customers at the Profit Centre counters
- Maintain clean and stocked counter sales area; assist in product selection for customers
- Drive sales growth through merchandising, product promotion, lead generation, and networking
- Process orders, handle backorders, returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints
