Job Overview: 

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Copywriter to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs and creating engaging written content that aligns with the organization's brand and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, copywriting, and content creation for both print and digital platforms, with a focus on engaging international students. You will also ensure that all materials meet Australian regulatory standards while collaborating closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality results.This full-time position provides a taxable salary with government-mandated contributions, ensuring you receive all the benefits of regular employment.

Job Description:

- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging and professional brochures, flyers, digital content, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom, following established brand style guides.
- Copywriting: Produce concise, persuasive, and engaging written content to accompany visual designs, tailored for international students, based on limited briefing.
- Simple Animation: Creation of simple animated graphics for internal signage using A
- Content for Digital Platforms: Design and write content for digital platforms, including EDMs and digital displays, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Adherence to RTO Standards: Ensure all marketing materials comply with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulations and the standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to deliver creative solutions within project timelines.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency across all materials, aligning content and design with existing examples and the style guide.


Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and copywriting, preferably within the education or vocational training sector.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email assembly required
- Copywriting Skills: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and well written content that complements visual designs and speaks directly to the international student market.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong creative flair with meticulous attention to detail in both design and written content.
- Understanding of RTO Standards: Familiarity with the Australian vocational education sector and compliance requirements for RTOs.
- Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively, juggle multiple projects, and deliver high quality work within deadlines.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
