Our execution path for achieving this mission starts with focusing on Primary Care, and is organized into three, hand-in-hand, operating divisions: Florence Provider Network, a network of affiliated primary care providers: many of the best doctors in the country have built their own high-functioning medical care sites. These practice owners prefer and deserve a system that allows them to maintain their independence. Our partners unlock benefits via affiliation to access scale effects in aspects of clinical and operational enablement, while staying independent. Florence Clinics, intentionally designed with access, medical engagement and patient experience as the priority: while enabling independent practices is key, we also need to create more primary care capacity. That's where Florence Clinics come in — our line of next generation, staff model clinics designed from the ground up using first principles and focused exclusively on senior care. Nightingale Technology, a visionary technology platform making good on the promise to deliver providers and operators "health care super data": representing years of diligent architectural iteration and design, Nightingale Technology will emerge from stealth mode this year both for use by the Florence Provider Network and the Florence Clinics, and also accessible for use by external builders through an innovative value-based licensing model.
