EnCompass is a women-owned consulting firm based in the Washington, D.C. area. Training/Learning and Facilitation Facilitation of small and large group meetings; e-learning program instructional design and development; and, experiential adult learning-focused training design and delivery in gender integration, gender-based violence prevention and response, human resources management, supervisory skills, cultural humility/cultural competency, evaluation, global health, and other areas. Leadership and Organizational Development Customized leadership and management development programs; executive coaching; organizational assessments; strategic and business planning; change management; and, program evaluation Technical Assistance and Evaluation Monitoring, evaluation, and learning; needs assessments; quality improvement; costing studies; processes for knowledge and information sharing; field research; media monitoring; data collection and analysis; case studies; and other utilization-focused research endeavors for global development.
