Schedule: Monday–Friday, 44 hours/week | Weekends Off | PTO
Compensation: $1,300 USD/month + Commission

About the Role

GSD Staffing is seeking a Lead Generator Specialist to support the sales and business development efforts of U.S.- and Canada-based companies across various industries.

This role focuses on lead generation, lead verification, data enrichment, and outbound calling. You will help ensure that sales teams have accurate, up-to-date, and qualified business leads to support prospecting and outreach activities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, conducting online research, working with CRM systems, and maintaining accurate lead information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses to verify contact information, company details, decision-makers, industry, and other relevant data
• Research and identify potential business leads that match the company's target customer profile
• Clean, verify, and update lead information in CRM systems
• Perform lead enrichment and ensure records contain accurate and complete information
• Identify and flag potential qualified leads for the sales team
• Support prospecting and outbound sales activities
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead-generation initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of calls, research, and lead updates
• Prepare basic reports on lead verification and data-cleaning activities
• Meet established daily and weekly productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound and cold calls to businesses
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to conduct online research and verify business information
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily/weekly goals
• Reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, outbound calling, telemarketing, data management, or a related role
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Experience with B2B lead generation or prospecting
• Experience working with U.S. or Canadian businesses
• Experience in IT, technology, professional services, or other B2B industries is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
