Job description

The application window is expected to close on: 11/26/2026

Location: West Coast remote

As an Executive Communications Manager, you will create clear, compelling, and innovative communications for the Vice President for Americas Software and Services Sales, while also supporting broader communications operations for the Americas Sales Communications team. This is a dual-focus role: approximately half your time will be dedicated to executive communications for the Sales VP, and half will support organization-wide communications operations—helping scale, streamline, and strengthen how the broader Americas Sales Communications function runs. You will collaborate with sales leaders, managers, and executives, forming strong relationships across the business while supporting the Software and Services Sales leader and reinforcing their priorities and leadership philosophy across their team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan tailored to the goals of the executive and the organization, while also building the operational backbone that enables the broader communications team to work efficiently and at scale—making sellers more effective and our customers successful.

Your Impact

Executive Communications

  • Execute a strategic communications plan for the VP of Software & Services Sales to advance business priorities and deliver customer outcomes.
  • Create impactful messaging and content that informs sellers, engages customers, and positions the executive as a thought leader.
  • Manage communication vehicles to ensure effective delivery to sellers.
  • Work in partnership with the Americas Sales Communications team, the Global Sales Communications team, business leads, and key functions to integrate and align messaging.
  • Develop and manage a social media strategy.

Communications Operations

  • Create and maintain common templates, toolkits, and playbooks that help scale consistent, high-quality communications across the broader team.
  • Inventory and maintain visibility into forums, channels, and communications vehicles across the organization to identify gaps and opportunities for alignment.
  • Manage shared platforms to keep team resources organized, current, and easily accessible.
  • Liaise with enablement and change management partners to ensure communications are integrated with broader organizational initiatives.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Americas and Global Sales communication teams, sales team, as well as other partners across the company. The Sales and Marketing Leadership team is focused, fast-paced, adaptable, and always looking for fun and creative ideas. We use data and storytelling to communicate our company vision and strategy to internal and external audiences.

Who You Are

You move comfortably between big-picture strategy and the practical details of execution, and you can balance the creative demands of executive storytelling with operational rigor. You have experience working directly with senior executives and building strong relationships with a highly matrixed group of stakeholders. You are a strong collaborator  and can partner globally across a mix of constituents and organizations. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for building scalable systems and processes; you enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity – whether that’s standardizing a template or mapping out communications channels across a large organization. You are high-energy, proactive, and curious about what is happening in the technology industry and around the world.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field
  • 5+ years internal/external communications in varied disciplines, such as organizational communications, executive communications, and public relations
  • Experience supporting VP+ level executives
  • Ability to travel 10 - 20% - domestic and international
  • Experience supporting sales leadership in a communications capacity preferred
