We’ve spent 100 years building Canada’s most trusted media brands. Today, we’re converting that authority into the country’s most sophisticated local digital sales operation – and we need hungry, high-energy closers to help us do it.

As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our Business Bundles – pre-packaged digital marketing solutions built specifically for local businesses. You’ll prospect, qualify, pitch, and close. No waiting for someone to hand you leads. No sitting in meetings about meetings. Just selling.

This role is the proven next step after SDR and a direct path to a full Account Executive position. Prove you can sell at volume, and we’ll give you the keys to the bigger deals.

A Day in the Life: The Volume Closer

• 8:30 AM – Pipeline Prep: From your home office, you review your target list and prioritize the day’s outreach. You’ve got 25+ calls to make, and you know exactly who you’re calling and why.
• 9:00 AM – Outbound Blitz: You work through your call block. You’re qualifying fast: Does the business need more local visibility? Are they spending on digital but getting no results? You’re listening for pain points that map to our bundles.
• 11:00 AM – The Pitch: You hop on a video call with a qualified prospect. You walk them through a tailored recommendation – maybe the Growth Plus bundle at $468/month. You use our data to show them what they’re missing and what we can fix.
• 12:00 PM – Automated Follow-Up: You review the AI-generated meeting summary. Two clicks: the follow-up is sent, the bundle details are logged, and the service delivery team is already queued.
• 1:30 PM – Growth Coaching: You spend 15 minutes reviewing AI-driven insights from your morning calls – talk-to-listen ratio, objection patterns, power words. This is how you get better every day.
• 2:00 PM – Afternoon Outreach: Second call block. New prospects, follow-ups, and proposal reviews. You’re building a rhythm that compounds.
• 4:00 PM – Pipeline Hygiene: You update your CRM, prep tomorrow’s call list, and review your weekly numbers. You know exactly where you stand against target.

• 1–2 Years of Sales Experience: You’ve been an SDR, a BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role. You know how to pick up the phone and start a conversation.

• Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 base salary + variable compensation tied to bundle sales volume. Employment offers are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, and candidate's market.
