ABSC has an exciting opening for a TS/SCI-cleared Production Product Owner and Scrum Master supporting DIA-NDOC’s D3P modernization under the DTP contract. You will lead backlog management and Agile execution for production sustainment, data-quality improvement, operational reliability, security remediation, and continuous delivery across the Production, Platform, and CI/CD teams.

The 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) program modernizes the secure data, application, and infrastructure capabilities supporting DIA’s National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC). The program delivers scalable media processing, data discovery, enrichment, and analytical services that help mission users transform large volumes of digital information into timely, actionable intelligence. Team members work across software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, platform operations, and mission integration to sustain current operations while delivering the next generation of DTP capabilities.

Work location and schedule: Most work is performed onsite at the customer location in Bethesda, MD. A flexible schedule and occasional remote work may be available based on customer requirements and deliverables.

Security clearance required for this role: An active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate incidents, operational needs, stakeholder requests, and data-quality findings into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work.
  • Balance urgent production support with preventive maintenance, environment changes, release support, vulnerability remediation, and long-term reliability improvements.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews and demonstrations, retrospectives, and PI Planning.
  • Track incidents, recurring defects, root causes, corrective actions, ownership, and closure.
  • Coordinate data-quality issue intake, validation criteria, prioritization, remediation, status reporting, and closure verification.
  • Manage dependencies among Production, application-development, Platform, CI/CD, infrastructure, database, cybersecurity, data-owner, and mission teams.
  • Remove or escalate impediments, cross-team dependencies, decisions, resource constraints, and operational risks.
  • Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices and promote continuous improvement.
  • Communicate operational status, priorities, risks, and delivery progress to Government and contractor stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience managing a backlog containing production incidents, defects, preventive maintenance, technical debt, environment changes, release support, data-quality remediation, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience with incident management, problem management, root-cause analysis, change management, release coordination, service restoration, and post-incident corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of data-quality validation, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, consistency, reconciliation, defect tracking, and remediation workflows.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and definitions of done.
  • Experience facilitating Agile and SAFe ceremonies and cross-team dependency discussions.
  • Ability to coordinate with developers, production support, Platform, CI/CD, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data owners, and mission stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, prioritization, stakeholder-management, written communication, and organizational skills.

Desired Skills

You will wow us even more if you have some of these skills:
