Work From Home | Inbound Donor Calls | 1099 Independent Contractor

Help turn a donor's intention to give into an accurately recorded pledge.

RSC Virtual Staffing invites qualified professionals to explore remote opportunities supporting nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are attentive, organized, and comfortable assisting callers through important transactions.

Rather than contacting strangers to request contributions, qualified contractors may support incoming calls from people responding to charitable fundraising appeals.

Nonprofit pledge-processing programs focus on helping callers complete their intended donations, record pledges, and receive accurate information about approved contribution procedures.

What You May Be Responsible For
• Answer incoming calls from donors responding to fundraising appeals • Record pledge amounts and caller information in approved systems • Clarify donation details before completing an entry • Explain approved payment and pledge options • Help callers correct or complete missing information • Follow campaign scripts and instructions without misrepresenting the nonprofit • Protect donor information during each interaction • Document completed calls and unresolved requests accurately • Maintain a professional tone during busy fundraising periods

Requirements
