Business Unit Director - Solid Tumors Israel

The Business Unit Director, Solid Tumors will lead the commercial strategy and execution for BeOne's Solid Tumor portfolio in Israel, with end-to-end commercial responsibility from pre-launch and launch through growth and lifecycle management.

The role will lead the Solid Tumor commercial team and work closely with Medical, Market Access and other cross-functional partners to maximize patient access, drive business performance and successfully establish BeOne's Solid Tumor portfolio in Israel.

Essential Functions of the job:

Responsibilities include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

• Own and execute the Solid Tumor commercial strategy and business plan for Israel.
• Lead successful launches of new products and indications, including launch readiness and post-launch execution.
• Drive brand strategy, positioning, customer segmentation and commercial execution.
• Lead, coach and develop the Solid Tumor sales and marketing team, building a high-performing and accountable organization.
• Own sales performance, forecasting, budget and key business KPIs.
• Act as local operations temporary pricing and Market Access liaison
• Develop a deep understanding of the Israeli oncology landscape, customer needs, treatment pathways and competitive environment, market access and pricing.
• Translate market and customer insights into clear commercial priorities and actions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance and other key functions.
• Partner with Regional and Global teams to translate portfolio strategy into effective local execution.
• Represent the Solid Tumor business within the Israel leadership team and contribute to overall affiliate strategy and priorities.
• Ensure all commercial activities meet BeOne's compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. 
• Strong oncology experience, preferably in Solid Tumors. 
• Proven experience 10+ years in marketing, Market Access sales leadership and product launches.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The incumbent will lead, coach and develop the Solid Tumor sales and marketing team and will have people-leadership responsibility for the commercial organization within the business unit.
