  • Apply brand, SEO, AI-search-friendly content, accessibility, and user-experience standards to website updates, with a focus on clear language, effective page structure, and useful headings.
  • Perform detailed quality checks before and after publishing to verify content accuracy, working links, functional forms, images, documents, and consistent display across devices.
  • Support website operations by identifying content issues, maintaining page accuracy, sourcing and coordinating visual assets, and escalating technical or content gaps to the appropriate partners.
  • Develop customer-focused copy and coordinate imagery, video, and other assets for organic social posts supporting Flowserve’s products, services, campaigns, industry positioning, and brand initiatives.
  • Help manage the social media editorial calendar by preparing, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting on approved social content; route inquiries and sensitive issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Support the execution of paid social, paid search, email, and lead-generation campaigns through campaign setup, landing-page updates, email builds, quality checks, and lead-capture workflow support.
  • Compile website, social, advertising, traffic-source, and lead-generation performance data; identify trends or issues and share practical observations that inform future content and campaign improvements.

Preferred Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web content production, social media, campaign execution, or a related discipline; B2B industrial, manufacturing, energy, or technology experience is preferred.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to make complex technical information clear, relevant, and engaging for customers.
  • Hands-on experience using a CMS—preferably Drupal—to build, update, and publish webpages using established components, templates, and governance processes.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, SEO, AI-search and content-discovery principles, accessibility, UX, and digital quality-assurance standards.
  • Experience creating, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring corporate social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and digital reporting tools; able to interpret basic website, social, advertising, traffic, and lead-source metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Conductor, or Acquia Asset Manager is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple execution-focused assignments under firm deadlines.
