Job description

🧭 About Inallmedia.com: Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.

Our teams work on high-scale platforms that require strong engineering ownership, business alignment, and measurable product impact.

πŸš€ Project Overview (Internal Platform & Workflow Ecosystem): You will join a fast-paced product development environment focused on building and optimizing internal business tools, operational ticketing, and workflow suites. As a Product Owner / Technical Product Manager, your mission is to serve as the central conduit between business operations stakeholders and software engineering, ensuring that day-to-day delivery directly aligns with overarching strategic priorities.

This role requires deep agile fluency and the ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between operational terminology and technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with technical leads, non-technical stakeholders, and distributed engineering teams to drive iterative delivery, manage robust backlogs, and ensure the successful rollout of multi-system integrations.

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end requirement and delivery lifecycle for our internal operational platforms. You will operate as the primary bridge between the business and development teams, translating complex operational requests into detailed, actionable technical requirements.

You will be responsible for structuring the engineering backlog, authoring functional specifications, and conducting technical discovery to assess dependencies and solution feasibility. By managing sprint planning, iterative delivery, and comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), you will ensure that our engineering efforts result in high-quality, measurable impacts for our operational end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central conduit between business operations stakeholders and software engineering, aligning day-to-day delivery with overarching strategic priorities.
  • Requirements Authoring & Story Definition: Translate complex operational requests and business workflows into detailed, actionable Jira user stories complete with functional specifications and measurable Acceptance Criteria (AC).
  • Technical Discovery & Collaboration: Partner with the Technical Lead to conduct deep technical discovery, assess dependencies, clarify solution designs, and scope feasibility.
  • Backlog Ownership & Refinement: Structure, prioritize, and groom the engineering backlogβ€”managing epics, features, user stories, maintenance tasks, and bugsβ€”ensuring items are defined and ready for engineering estimation.
  • Release Planning & Timeline Governance: Maintain delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technical leadership, proactively identifying blockers, tracking cross-system dependencies, and managing scope changes.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance: Design UAT plans, schedule test phases with operations users and hiring managers, aggregate structured feedback, log defects in Jira, and oversee re-testing cycles through production rollout.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Risk Management: Transparently communicate release timelines, scope adjustments, system risks, and blockers to both executive business leads and operational end-users.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner (PO), Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager directly supporting software development teams.
  • Backlog & Requirement Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Atlassian Jira for writing user stories, defining functional acceptance criteria, and structuring backlogs.
  • Agile Fluency: Deep practical knowledge of Agile software development lifecycles (SDLC), including sprint planning, backlog refinement ceremonies, iterative delivery, and release management.
  • Testing & Delivery Lifecycle: Demonstrated experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, bug lifecycle tracking, and coordinating multi-phase rollouts.
  • Communication & Alignment: Exceptional ability to translate operational/business terminology into technical specifications and present technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Internal Platform Experience: Background building or optimizing internal business tools, workforce management platforms, or operational ticketing and workflow suites.
  • Systems & Integrations: Familiarity with architectures involving multi-system data flows, third-party APIs, and system-to-system integrations.
  • Process Automation & AI: Exposure to business process automation (BPA), robotic process automation (RPA), or AI-assisted operational workflows.
  • Team Topologies: Proven success managing backlogs and release coordination across distributed, remote, or boutique development teams.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration:

  • Location & Availability: Located in LATAM with availability and full working-hour alignment to CST (Central Standard Time).
  • Remote Infrastructure Verification: Must work via an enterprise-provisioned Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AWS WorkSpaces). Note: Submission requires proof of stable network connectivity via the official AWS WorkSpace Health Check, submitted as a screenshot alongside candidate details.
