Field Operations Specialist

At Levno, we’re building technology that helps our customers make better decisions, save time and run more connected businesses. After growing across New Zealand, we’re expanding into Victoria and looking for a Field Operations Specialist to be our hands-on technical presence in one of Australia’s most important dairy regions.

Most of this role is out on farm, installing, supporting and troubleshooting Levno technology. You’ll report to our Head of GTM, work closely with our Territory Manager in VIC and be backed by our experienced field tech team in New Zealand. Because you’ll be the person farmers see most, you’ll also spot where Levno can do more for them and help turn that into new business. What you’ll be doing

• Installing and commissioning Levno technology on farm, and making sure farmers are confident using it from day one
• Supporting customers and troubleshooting faults, working logically to find the root cause and fix it
• Managing stock, returns and refurbishment for Victoria & Tasmania
• Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with existing customers, and following up referrals and new leads
• Representing Levno at field days and local events, and sharing what you’re seeing on farm to help shape our Victorian & Tasmanian growth

What you’ll bring

• Experience in a field service, technical, trade or installation role, ideally on farm or in a rural setting
• A practical, logical approach to problem solving; you’re the person people call when something stops working
• Confidence with basic electrical, mechanical or electronic systems and picking up new technology quickly
• Experience working autonomously in a sole-charge or remote role
• An understanding of dairy or broader agriculture and an easy way with farmers
• Comfort having commercial conversations, without needing to be a hard seller
• A full driver licence and a love of being on the road

Desirable
Experience working with IoT, sensors or farm technology, or already have a network across Victorian dairy regions. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still like to hear from you.
