Program/Project Management Representativ

Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project company engaged in the energy sector providing natural gas distribution and related services.

Responsibilities: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Business Operation Management is required. Intermediate proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools, Program Project Management, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and Project Program & Portfolio Governance is suggested.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
Analyze project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing timely mitigation strategies.
Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Engage in learning opportunities to deepen expertise and expand knowledge within the program and project management domain.
