Position: Colombian Spanish expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $10/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 weeks
Commitment: 1–2 hours/day

Role Responsibilities

• Test the CX agent's responses and behavior across provided prompts and scenarios.
• QA each conversation for accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness in Colombian Spanish.
• Provide clear written feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
• Work independently with a generalist perspective to assess the AI agent.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or fluent Colombian Spanish speaker.
• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.
• Available to start immediately.
