Job description

Thinc Forward is a technology services organization specializing in helping businesses simplify complex IT challenges, improve operational efficiency, and confidently execute strategic technology initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in dental technology, we've established a differentiated position serving Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), multi-location dental groups, and single location dental practices across the country. Our expertise goes well beyond traditional managed IT services. We provide technology implementation and project management, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure services, dental software training, data migration, and comprehensive support solutions. While dental technology remains our primary area of specialization, we also serve organizations across other industries that need reliable IT expertise and scalable technology services.

As we expand our national presence, we're looking for an accomplished Enterprise Strategic Account Executive who can develop high-value customer relationships and help drive our next phase of growth. We're seeking a highly motivated enterprise technology sales professional who excels at opening strategic accounts, developing executive relationships, and building long-term customer partnerships. Experience within the dental industry is required, particularly with DSOs and multi-location dental organizations. This is a national sales position with responsibility for the entire customer relationship — from initial business development and solution development to contract execution, account growth, and ongoing strategic engagement.

You'll work directly with senior executives, IT leadership, and operational decisionmakers to understand their business challenges and introduce solutions that support growth, reduce operational complexity, and improve technology performance.

We aren't looking for someone who simply sells technology. We're looking for someone who understands how to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and become a partner to our enterprise customers.
