SAP Concur & SuccessFactors Consultant (all genders)

Your position

As our Internal SAP Concur/SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our global HR IT landscape. With a strong focus on SAP Concur, you will design functional solutions, configure applications, support integrations, and drive sustainable improvements according to RHI Magnesita’s business requirements. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources Software Configuration, you will be part of our Human Resources IT Product team. You will work closely with Global Process Experts, Key Users, and international teams to support Travel, Expense, and Invoice processes, resolve complex issues, and ensure stable, effective solutions. Beyond SAP Concur, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other global HR processes and technologies, including employee information, payroll, time tracking, talent management, analytics, and workforce planning, working with solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

Your tasks

• Designing, configuring, and continuously improving SAP Concur solutions and integrations based on business requirements
• Working closely with Global Process Experts and Key Users to accelerate workarounds and resolve high-priority incidents
• Providing solution architecture alignment and developing conceptual models for application interfaces
• Leading and actively contributing to task forces addressing complex issues, root causes, and system stabilization
• Performing second-level support and third-level maintenance activities, including structured problem and root cause analysis

Your profile

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a comparable field
• Many years of professional experience working with SAP Concur environments in international companies
• Extensive knowledge of SAP Concur and its integrations with SAP ERP systems, including ECC and S/4HANA
• Experience supporting global business applications and integrations
• Experience supporting Key Users and end users with solutions such as ServiceNow and/or SAP Solution Manager/CALM

Languages:  English – fluent

Nice to have: Knowledge of ABAP programming is considered an advantage. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or experience with payroll or time and attendance solutions is considered an advantage
