TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager (BBS944)

We're looking for a TikTok Shop and E-Commerce Manager to own and scale the TikTok Shop presence and broader e-commerce ecosystem for a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand. You will manage TikTok Shop end to end, run creator and affiliate programs with a direct focus on revenue, launch and optimize paid ads across multiple platforms, and expand what works on TikTok into Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale channels.

This is a senior, execution-focused role. You must come in as a TikTok expert with a proven track record of driving revenue through TikTok Shop. This is not a role for someone learning TikTok on the job. If you have built TikTok Shop into a meaningful revenue channel before, understand the full stack from creator strategy to paid ads to listing optimization, and can operate without established processes, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

TikTok Shop Ownership

• Own TikTok Shop end to end including product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront management, and creator strategy
• Drive revenue through both organic content and paid ads on TikTok
• Manage and scale the creator and affiliate program with a clear focus on sales output, not just content volume
• Expand successful TikTok strategies into other e-commerce channels as they are proven

Paid Advertising

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising across TikTok, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Google Ads, and other relevant channels
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and AOV
• Make fast, data-driven decisions and iterate quickly based on performance

Multi-Channel E-Commerce Management

• Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Faire, and other wholesale platforms for conversion and discoverability
• Identify opportunities for bundling, merchandising, and pricing optimization across channels
• Manage inventory flow across channels to prevent stockouts and overages
• Expand learnings from TikTok into the broader e-commerce stack

Reporting and Performance Analysis

• Analyze performance data across all channels and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Maintain consistent reporting with insights that directly inform decisions and improve results
• Track and report on conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and channel-level revenue contribution

What You Bring

• Proven track record managing TikTok Shop with measurable, attributable revenue results
• Deep expertise in TikTok including content strategy, creator management, affiliate programs, and paid ads
• Hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop from early stage to meaningful revenue
• Experience managing at least one additional platform such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify
• Strong performance marketing background with direct experience running and optimizing paid ads
• Data-driven with the ability to make fast decisions and iterate without waiting for perfect information
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without established processes
• Strong ownership mentality with full accountability for results

Nice to Have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, or better-for-you consumer brands
• Familiarity with Faire or wholesale e-commerce platforms
• Background managing Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Seller Center independently
• Experience building creator or affiliate programs from scratch rather than inheriting existing relationships
