Our vision is a world where smallholder farmers are empowered with long-term opportunities and market access that enable them to live healthy, dignified, and prosperous lives. Our pioneering entrepreneurial model provides smallholder farmers with a sustainable way to participate in formalized markets, enabling them to work themselves out of poverty with dignity and to prosper. Acceso focuses on five key initiatives: empowering farmers to improve agricultural production, guaranteeing market access, boosting local social entrepreneurship, improving food security, and market linked reforestation. About Acceso:

Acceso (www.acceso.org) is a nonprofit social enterprise that partners with smallholder farmers in Haiti, El Salvador and Colombia so they can grow more, sell more and earn more. It provides quality inputs, financing, and in-person and digital technical assistance that helps farmers increase their production while adapting to a changing climate. Working from seed to market, Acceso aligns what farmers grow with what markets demand and directly buys, aggregates, and sells their products, opening a reliable and profitable route to market for smallholders. Acceso is currently a team of over 600 determined and driven change-makers supporting over 35,000 smallholder farmers across Colombia, Haiti, and El Salvador.

About this Role:

At Acceso, we measure ourselves by one thing: whether smallholder farmers in Colombia, El Salvador, and Haiti are earning more because of their partnership with us. We’re results-oriented, impact-obsessed, and genuine about it. We say what we’ll do, show the numbers, and hold ourselves to them. Philanthropic partners are critical stakeholders because they help us deepen impact and go faster. As our Fundraising Manager, you’ll be the person who makes those partnerships happen.

In this role, you’ll work alongside sharp, driven colleagues who live and work in the communities we serve, people who know these markets and farmers better than anyone and who will push your thinking every day. You’ll build relationships with foundations that care about measurable change, tell a story that’s honest and compelling, and help shape how a growing social enterprise funds its next chapter. If you want your fundraising to connect directly to results you can see, and you want to do it with people you’ll learn from, this is the role.
