We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike. If building a leading TPA and the prospect of tackling the long-standing challenges of the claims role sounds exciting, we can't wait to meet you.

Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state throughout employment. We are unable to hire candidates residing in California, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or outside the United States.

About the role

  • Run the team’s weekly and monthly business reviews and report results, risks and actions to the VP.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for carriers, clients and program managers; respond to audits and corrective action requests.
  • Make sure handling follows client instructions, regulations and internal SOPs; run quality assurance and coaching programs.
  • Review aging inventory, high-exposure files and litigation with leads and drive action plans.
  • Partner with Legal, SIU, Finance, Training and Product teams on process, technology and cost improvements.
  • Manage vendors, panel counsel and the team’s budget and expense targets.

Qualifications

  • 100% remote (home-based) role designed to support your work-life balance
  • Apple laptop, large second monitor, and other quality-of-life equipment you may want. Technology is something that should make your life easier, not harder!
