Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.
Tia is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager for a part-time, independent contractor engagement supporting our website and organic growth initiatives. This engagement is anticipated to average approximately 10–11 hours per week, with projects prioritized based on business needs and available capacity.
You will partner closely with the Director of Organic Growth to plan and execute initiatives across conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, SEO, content operations, and website performance.
