This role calls for a senior creative leader with a strong foundation in visual design and art direction, combined with expertise in experience strategy, UX, storytelling, content production, and creative technology.

You will shape compelling user and audience experiences, establish distinctive creative directions, and ensure creative consistency across multidisciplinary productions.

We are particularly interested in someone who is hands-on in visual development, capable of personally creating initial concepts, treatments, and style frames, while directing sophisticated content production and maintaining creative oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with creative leadership, producers, designers, content strategists, creative technologists, developers, and other multidisciplinary teams to align creative vision with experience design, technical feasibility, and production requirements. You will also work with clients and stakeholders to translate their objectives and feedback into cohesive, high-quality experiences.

PS.: Candidates must be able to work and collaborate during US business hours (US time zones), regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience Strategy & Design

  • Define the overall experience vision, creative premise and guiding principles.

  • Translate client objectives and audience needs into compelling, intuitive and engaging experiences.

  • Shape user journeys, interaction models and experience principles, considering usability, accessibility and context.

  • Identify opportunities to make experiences distinctive, meaningful and memorable.

2. Creative & Art Direction

  • Lead the creative direction across projects, defining the visual language, tone and overall approach.

  • Develop and present concepts, mood boards, visual references and creative treatments.

  • Direct visual design, motion, animation, content and storytelling to ensure a cohesive creative vision.

  • Maintain creative consistency and quality across all outputs and disciplines.

3. Creative Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and guide multidisciplinary creative teams, providing clear direction, feedback and creative decisions.

  • Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Content Strategists, Creative Technologists, Developers, Animators, 3D Artists, Sound Designers and Producers.

  • Encourage collaboration, experimentation and creative problem-solving.

  • Ensure all disciplines remain aligned with the agreed creative vision and quality expectations.

4. Technology & Production Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative Technology and Production teams to ensure concepts are technically and operationally achievable.

  • Understand relevant technologies, platforms and physical environments, recognising their opportunities and limitations.

  • Balance creative ambition with technical feasibility, scope, budget and schedule.

  • Identify potential constraints early and develop creative solutions without compromising the core experience.

5. Creative Oversight & Delivery

  • Maintain creative oversight from concept development through to final delivery.

  • Review designs, prototypes and integrated experiences, providing clear and constructive feedback.

  • Make timely creative decisions and guide adaptations throughout development and production.

  • Identify and resolve creative and experience-related issues, ensuring the final work maintains the quality, coherence and intent of the approved vision.
