This role is essential to identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, helping drive sales growth in an exciting and fast-paced environment. You’ll have the chance to work with an experienced sales team and promote Intralinks across diverse industries.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Prospect Daily: Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and cold calling to generate new business.
• Qualify Leads: Identify client needs, engage with prospects, and transition qualified opportunities to wins.
• Maintain CRM: Document outreach activities in Salesforce, ensuring a well-managed pipeline and accurate reporting.
• Promote Intralinks: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Intralinks' value proposition to corporate, legal, finance and banking professionals.
• Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of key personas, pain points, and business challenges to tailor your outreach.
• Learn Intralinks’ Offerings: Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.

Required Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales Experience: Minimum 4 years of success in a prospecting, lead generation sales, full-cycle sales role.
• Prospecting Skills: Strong ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
• Team-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving team goals.
• Drive & Motivation: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized and follow up effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
• Additional Assets: Advanced Excel skills are a plus, but not required.

Maryland: The expected base salary for the position is between $125,000 Plus commissions USD to $140,000 Plus commissions USD. Virginia: The expected base salary for the position is between $125,000 Plus commissions USD to $140,000 Plus commissions USD.



This role is exempt and also eligible for certain commissions. In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for equity awards such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
