Podcast Operations Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

And we’re looking for a Podcast Operations Virtual Assistant to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Create short-form content from recorded podcast or other video/audio recordings.

2. Edit and produce reels and other short-form content for social media platforms.

3. Repurpose existing content for different social media platforms.

4. Organize and schedule content to maintain a consistent publishing schedule.

5. Support content planning and publishing activities.

6. Maintain the brand's communication style and ensure content aligns with its established voice.

7. Assist with content-related operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in short-form video editing and content creation.

• Ability to create engaging reels and repurpose existing recordings into social media content.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content schedules.

• Attention to detail and consistency in content production.

• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and communication style.

• Willingness to learn the company's content approach, hooks, and low-pressure calls to action.

• Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote

Salary Package:

PHP 55,000 per month with HMO
