Job Description

• Provide functional support for SAP PP and QM processes.
• Analyse and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Handle configuration changes, minor enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Support testing, documentation and deployment of changes.
• Work with business users to understand issues and provide practical solutions.
• Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams on cross-module topics.
• Support root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM configuration, implementation, and support.
