UserTesting is fundamentally changing the way digital products and experiences are built and delivered by helping organizations get insights from customers–from creation through execution. Built on top of a world-class, on-demand sourcing engine, customers can receive fast, high quality, opt-in feedback from both our proprietary and partner-sourced audience networks around the world. UserTesting offers the industry's most comprehensive experience research solution. Unlike approaches that track user behavior or collect customer listening data on live experiences, then try to infer what that data means, UserTesting enables companies to get input earlier in the process, helping to reduce guesswork, and bring experience data to life with human insight.

The Opportunity

Auros is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Strategy & Operations team supporting User Interviews, our participant recruitment marketplace. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning important day-to-day processes, making thoughtful decisions, and improving how work gets done over time.

As User Interviews grows, Strategy & Operations helps ensure that our marketplace runs effectively and that our GTM and Operations teams can deliver for customers. You'll be close to the day-to-day business, using existing tactical levers to improve study fulfillment while helping test and operationalize new processes and experiments.

This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward action. You should be comfortable following defined processes, managing recurring work, and recognizing when something isn't working as intended.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tactical levers to improve study fulfillment
  • Prioritize where to deploy those levers based on project needs, urgency, expected impact, and participant network health
  • Test and operate newly developed processes, tools, and experiments
  • Follow defined processes while using judgment to flag when something is unclear, inefficient, or not working as intended
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations, GTM, and Operations teams to improve and scale how we work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliable execution
  • Good operational judgment and ability to make decisions within defined processes
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
  • Clear written and verbal communicator
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • 1+ year of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, customer operations, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology or startup environment preferred
  • Experience partnering with GTM, customer-facing, or Operations teams preferred
  • Experience using operational data to inform decisions preferred
  • Experience improving or operationalizing new workflows and processes preferred
