  • High proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, filters, basic formulas; advanced skills a plus)
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to explain payroll topics clearly
  • Discreet with confidential information; excellent attention to detail and time management
Nice to Have

  • Experience with timekeeping systems (ADP Time & Attendance, Kronos/UKG, etc.)
  • Manufacturing/distribution payroll experience
  • Experience with benefits deductions, HSA/FSA, 401(k) file coordination
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC
Education
High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.

Work Environment (customize)
  • Hybrid to Janesville, WI office or remote
  • Typical business hours with occasional peak periods (payroll processing and year-end)
