Global Marketing Programs - Creative Propositions Lead

Job Description:

Why You'll Love This Job:

Arrow is seeking an innovative and experienced marketing manager to lead marketing for ArrowSphere, Arrow's digital platform. The ideal candidate understands how technology platforms create business value and is responsible for translating complex platform capabilities into compelling partner benefits, driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and business growth via platform usage.

The role helps partners unlock greater value from their relationship with Arrow by demonstrating how digital tools, automation, insights, and integrated business processes can reduce complexity, create efficiency, and support long-term growth. Through strategic marketing and compelling storytelling, this leader will help position Arrow's platform ecosystem as a key driver of partner success.

The Creative Propositions Lead sits within the Global ECS Marketing Programs team and turns program concepts into compelling, commercially focused creative pitches that win investment and buy-in from technology vendors and internal stakeholders. You will be experienced in creative pitch creation and a confident presenter. Able to shape big ideas, build the story, creative concepts and present with impact to senior stakeholders and leaders. Working closely with the program team, sales and regional marketing teams, you will translate Arrow ECS global marketing programs into engaging and exciting marketing pitches, that vendors want to fund and stakeholders want to back.

What You'll Do:

  • Take program concepts to a fully developed pitch, defining the big idea, narrative, creative direction and value to vendors and Arrow.
  • Build compelling pitch decks, storyboards, mock-ups and supporting materials to showcase the program.
  • Present and sell pitch concepts to technology vendors and senior internal stakeholders, securing buy-in, commitment and marketing investment.
  • Show clear business acumen. Understand and articulate the commercial value of each program for vendors, including audience reach, expected outcomes, pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Account Leads, Program Managers, sales, vendor management to understand vendor priorities and align pitches to business objectives.
  • Lead the creative pitch process end to end – briefing, ideation workshops, content development, rehearsal and follow-up – managing timelines across multiple pitches.
  • Capture feedback and track pitch outcomes and win rates, refining concepts, messaging and approach to continuously improve conversion.
  • Build a reusable library of pitch templates, case studies and proof points to support the wider marketing and sales teams.

Who We're Looking For:

Requirements

  • Typically requires 10 years of marketing experience, with a significant portion gained in a creative, marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of developing creative pitch concepts with experience in winning new business or client investment.
  • Extensive experience presenting concepts to clients and senior stakeholders, with a confident and persuasive presentation style.
  • Experience in B2B technology or the IT channel, ideally pitching to technology vendors, is highly desirable.

Qualities

  • Creative thinker who can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling stories
  • Confident, credible and engaging in front of senior and external audiences
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on outcomes
  • Collaborative team player who builds strong rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple pitches and deadlines at one time
