Job description

Programme Manager

PMO  |  United Kingdom (Remote)  |  Full-Time  |  EMEA

Who We Are: Front Office Transformation Experts

Bluprintx (BPX) is a global, AI-powered consultancy built to design and deliver the intelligent front office for CMO and CRO executives. We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution.

What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office

We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.

The Role

You'll run one or two of our biggest client programmes, each with several workstreams moving at once across Adobe, Salesforce, data and AI. You go deep on a single client, owning the operational relationship and the programme's delivery end to end. You're the client's single point of operational accountability, working alongside a commercial partner who owns the account. You'll report into our PMO and Program Lead, with room to shape how each programme runs. Deliver it well and the account grows with you.

What you'll do

  • Own delivery across every workstream, keeping them aligned to one plan and one outcome for the client.
  • Run programme governance, from steering committees to cross-workstream dependencies and escalation.
  • Be the client's go-to for delivery, giving executive stakeholders honest status and clear sight of risk.
  • Run programme operations, from resourcing and financials to cross-workstream reporting.
  • Manage third-party vendors and partners, holding them to scope, timelines and cost so everyone delivers as one programme.
  • Keep the programme on margin day to day, feeding budget and revenue reporting into the account's commercials.
  • Spot where the client needs more and bring those opportunities to the account team.
  • Plan ahead for continuity so the programme keeps momentum as workstreams close and new ones start.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in programme or senior project management, running enterprise programmes with several workstreams at once.
  • Consultancy or agency delivery experience, working directly with senior client stakeholders.
  • Front-office technology exposure, ideally across platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, data or AI.
  • Sharp commercial sense:
you've managed programme budgets, forecasts and margin, and you know what moves them.
  • Calm governance under pressure, running steering committees and handling escalations without losing the room.
  • Honest, clear communication that keeps executives informed and delivery teams pulling in the same direction.
  • Equally at home in strategy and tech, able to connect a boardroom conversation about business outcomes with the technical detail of how the workstreams will deliver them.

Why this role, why now

BPX is growing fast, and our client programmes now span more of the front office at once. This seat owns some of our largest programmes, and you'll have a real say in how we run them as we scale.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
