Your role 

Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LICSW)  

Your day-to-day expectations 

• Deliver high-quality telehealth services to patients 

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and measurement-based care practices 

• Support patient engagement, continuity of care, and positive outcomes 

• Complete documentation and coding within appropriate timeframes 

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination 

• Attend required clinical, educational, and team meetings 
  
• Participate in organizational growth, training, and innovation efforts  

Your workday  

This position is 100% virtual. 

We are open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Sunday.  

This position is part-time from 16 to 32 hours of patient time per week.  

This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling.  

Experience we value 

Required:  

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field 
• Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program 

• Active LMHC or LICSW License in Washington 

• Minimum 2 years' experience 

• Ability to treat patients ages 10 and up 

Preferred:  

• Outpatient telehealth experience 
• Certifications preferred

Compensation: $70 an hour
