Job description

CouponFollow's mission is to help consumers save money while they shop online, and we do that for millions of shoppers every month. We're hiring a Senior Product Engineer to help build what comes next, starting in the Cently browser extension and expanding into new shopping products from there.

The Role

Product Engineers at CouponFollow own what they build, from the first conversation about the problem to the results after launch. In this role, you'll lead a strategic initiative to build the next generation of our shopping products, which help consumers track deals and price changes so they can act on them. You'll shape the work with business stakeholders, then drive it to completion with the engineering teams involved and the broader engineering organization.

We're an AI-first engineering team, and AI is part of how we build software at every stage. You'll decide where it helps, review and validate what it produces, and stand behind everything that goes to production. You'll also help shape how we build and run products as AI changes the work.

What You'll Own

  • The problem and the scope. Work with stakeholders to understand user needs, test assumptions, set priorities and agree on how success is measured.

  • The experience. Define user flows and design interfaces, take an idea to something people can use.

  • The architecture and the code, across client applications, backend services and integrations.

  • Delivery. Break broad goals into stages, identify dependencies and risks, guide other engineers, and keep everyone informed about progress and trade-offs.

  • Production. Quality, security, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, rollout and reliability.

  • What comes next. Use telemetry, user feedback, and business results to decide what to improve.

What We Offer:

  • B2B contract with a U.S.-based company

  • Remote-first work environment

  • Flexible working hours

  • Hourly rate: $40-50 (Compensation paid in USD, with a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 4 PLN)

  • 10 days (80 hours) of paid Recharge Days  per year (after 6 months)

  • Annual bonus (min. 5% of yearly earnings)

  • $1,000 annual learning budget + paid learning time (up to 3h/week)

  • MyBenefit cafeteria program

  • Fully funded offsites

  • All necessary equipment and software & AI licenses provided

  • Real ownership and impact

  • Modern stack, no legacy baggage

  • Space to experiment and innovate

  • A culture that’s still startup-like: fast, pragmatic, and low on bureaucracy
