Crypto-Fiat Digital Banking Venture

Our client is a private investment group led by experienced technology entrepreneurs with a track record of launching and scaling international businesses.

The group is now preparing to launch a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture, designed to make digital assets easier to use alongside everyday financial services. The planned offering brings together crypto-to-fiat conversion, digital wallets, payment cards and bank payment solutions for B2B and B2C customers.

The business has investment backing, an existing technological foundation and experienced technical leadership. What it needs now is a product leader who can define what the business should build, why customers will choose it and how to bring it to market.

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Product Officer (CPO) with direct experience in crypto banking, crypto-fiat products or digital banking solutions involving digital assets, and a proven record of taking products from an early concept to successful launch and growth.

The Role

This is a business-building product role, not a position focused on maintaining an established roadmap.

You will take ownership of product vision, customer value proposition and roadmap, translating market insight and commercial priorities into an intuitive, competitive financial product. You will work closely with the CEO and the existing technology leadership, while building the product function needed for launch and scale.

We are interested in product leaders who can move from customer discovery to clear decisions and real outcomes, work effectively in a lean team and take personal responsibility for delivery and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, positioning and roadmap for a new crypto-fiat digital banking business.
• Identify customer needs, high-value use cases and product opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
• Prioritise the MVP and subsequent releases, balancing customer value, commercial potential, operational readiness and regulatory considerations.
• Own product discovery, validation, user journeys and product requirements from concept through launch.
• Shape experiences around digital wallets, crypto-fiat conversion, cards and payment services, with a strong focus on trust, simplicity and usability.
• Set meaningful product metrics covering activation, conversion, engagement, retention and product-led revenue contribution.
• Build and lead a focused product team and establish practical product-management processes.
• Work in close partnership with commercial, operations and technology leaders to bring the product to market and improve it based on data and user feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior product leadership experience in crypto banking, crypto-fiat financial products or digital banking products with meaningful digital-asset exposure.
• A successful track record of launching a financial product from an early stage and improving adoption, retention or commercial performance.
• Deep understanding of digital wallets, customer onboarding, crypto-fiat conversion, card products or payment experiences.
• Strong product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap ownership and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Commercial awareness, including the ability to connect product choices with customer acquisition, unit economics and business outcomes.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading high-performing product teams.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach: comfortable with ambiguity, quick decisions and accountability without a large corporate structure.
