About the role

We're looking for a proactive and organized Digital Account Manager to join our Managed Services team!

You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, building relationships and making sure their UGC and influencer marketing campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to deliver great campaigns and keep our clients happy.

This is fully remote role, with required availability from M-F 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Who are we looking for?

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.

• Great organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.

• Excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining client relationships.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with different teams.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems to keep campaigns running smoothly.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and paid media campaigns is a nice to have

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Growth

• Be the main point of contact for clients, making sure they have a great experience from onboarding to campaign delivery.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs.

• Address client questions, solve problems, and make sure they're happy with our services.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and help clients grow their influencer marketing campaigns.

Campaign & Project Management

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track.

• Work with Influencer Marketing Managers to find and match the right creators for each campaign.

• Keep track of campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Keep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress and next steps.

Digital Marketing & Paid Social

• Help brands develop creative ideas for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.

• Work with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to review briefs and provide feedback.

• Collaborate with Paid Media Specialists to make sure content supports campaign goals and performance.

Content Delivery & Post-Production

• Work with creators to make sure content meets brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

• Coordinate with Motion Designers to manage content editing and final delivery.

• Review content and provide clear, helpful feedback to creators and internal teams.
